The product is calcined at 1200℃ high temperature to remove volatile impurities and improve chemical stability, with Al₂O₃ content reaching 38.2±0.5%, firing shrinkage controlled within 0.25-0.35% to reduce deformation during ceramic firing. The bending strength reaches 118-122 MPa, and the narrow particle size distribution ensures uniform billet forming, solving the problems of uneven density and poor surface quality of traditional ceramic products, and meeting the performance requirements of high-end ceramic manufacturing.

The product meets the standard requirements of advanced ceramic raw materials: Al₂O₃ content is 38.2±0.5%, SiO₂ content is 59.5±0.5%, firing shrinkage at 1200℃ is 0.25-0.35%, bending strength is 118-122 MPa, particle size D50 is 1.8-2.2μm, moisture content is no more than 0.2%, pH value is 6.8-7.2, ignition loss is below 0.3%, specific surface area is 15-18 m²/g, whiteness is 93% minimum. It is packaged in 25kg aluminum-plastic composite bags, meeting the storage requirements of precision ceramic raw materials.
