This calcined kaolin features uniform particle size distribution, high whiteness and low abrasiveness. Its precise particle size can fill the gaps between paper fibers evenly, improving the surface flatness of coated paper. The high whiteness ensures vivid color reproduction during printing, while the low abrasiveness prolongs the service life of paper machine equipment. It can significantly reduce the occurrence of printing blots and powder dropping, solving the pain points of ordinary kaolin in improving paper surface quality.

The product is obtained through high-temperature calcination of purified natural kaolin ore, with the following technical parameters: calcination temperature controlled at 1000-1100℃ to ensure optimal crystal structure; whiteness reaches 92% ISO minimum; SiO2 content ranges from 50% to 52%, Al2O3 content from 37% to 39%; ignition loss is no more than 0.8%; oil absorption value is 35-45g/100g; pH value is stable at 6.5-7.5; particle size D50 is 2-3μm, with narrow particle size distribution; moisture content is ≤0.5%; Fe2O3 content is ≤0.6%. It is available in 25kg waterproof plastic bags or 1 ton pallets for convenient transportation and storage.
This coating grade calcined kaolin is widely applicable to various paper products, including high-grade coated paper, copperplate paper, packaging paper, advertising paper and book printing paper. It is mainly added to the paper coating slurry to form a smooth and compact surface layer, improving the printing adaptability, water resistance and surface strength of paper. It is suitable for large-scale paper production lines and small-scale paper processing plants, meeting the quality requirements of different grade paper products.
