This anti-static bubble wrap uses specially formulated anti-static HDPE raw materials, which can effectively control surface resistance within the ESD safe range, eliminating the risk of electrostatic damage to precision electronic components such as circuit boards, chips and mobile phone parts. The bubble structure is tightly arranged to ensure uniform force distribution, avoiding local overpressure damage to fragile electronic products. Each roll is packaged in anti-static PE bags to prevent external static interference during storage and transportation. Compared with ordinary anti-static packaging films, this product has higher buffer performance, providing dual protection of anti-static and shock absorption for high-value electronic goods, reducing the loss rate of goods during transportation.
This anti-static bubble wrap offers two standard width specifications: 40cm and 60cm, suitable for different sizes of electronic component packaging boxes. The standard length of each roll is 80m, and custom lengths of 50m or 100m are available. The bubble diameter is 10mm, and the film thickness is 2.5mil, with a static load bearing capacity of 400g/cm². The surface resistance is strictly controlled between 10^6 and 10^9 ohms, meeting the IEC 61340-5-1 international ESD standard. Each roll weighs about 10kg to 14kg, and is packaged in anti-static plastic bags to ensure that the anti-static performance is not affected during storage. Cutting guide marks are also printed on the roll to facilitate user cutting.

This product is mainly applicable to the packaging of electronic components, precision instruments, 3C digital products, circuit boards and other electrostatic-sensitive goods. It is suitable for electronic component factories, mobile phone repair shops, cross-border 3C e-commerce warehouses and other scenarios. It can be used for individual piece packaging of electronic parts, or as a layer of cushioning material inside large cargo boxes to protect high-value electronic goods from collision and electrostatic damage during long-distance transportation. It can also be used for storage and transportation of optical lenses, precision hardware and other items that require anti-static and shock absorption protection.
