Compared with traditional polystyrene foam, this EPE pearl cotton has higher toughness and will not produce scraps during use. It has excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance, which can avoid product corrosion caused by humid environments. The material is odor-free, recyclable and compliant with EU and US environmental protection standards. Custom die-cutting services are available to fit special product shapes, reducing packaging waste and improving packaging efficiency for enterprises.
Available thickness ranges from 3mm to 50mm, with optional widths of 600mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm and 1600mm. The coil length can be customized according to customer needs. The density is controlled between 20kg/m³ and 40kg/m³, with tensile strength ≥120kPa and tear strength ≥80N/m. It passes UL94 V-2 flame retardant test, with water vapor transmission rate ≤0.5g/(m²·24h), suitable for both indoor and outdoor short-term use.
Mainly used for packaging fragile goods such as glass products, ceramic ware, electronic components, furniture and hardware tools in e-commerce logistics. It can also be used as a buffer layer for fresh food pre-packaging, protective lining for gift boxes, and shock-proof material for musical instrument transportation.
