Compared with traditional non-degradable foam, this compostable pearl cotton has minimal harmful plastic residues and will not cause pollution to the soil and water environment. It has the same cushioning performance as traditional EPE foam, with the same impact resistance and waterproof performance. The material is odor-free, recyclable and complies with BPI and EU OK Compost certifications. Custom cutting and size services are available to meet the packaging needs of different brands.
The optional thickness ranges from 3mm to 50mm, with widths of 600mm, 1000mm, 1200mm and 1500mm. The coil length can be customized according to customer needs. The density is controlled between 20kg/m³ and 30kg/m³, with tensile strength ≥110kPa and tear strength ≥75N/m. It passes the industrial composting certification test, with low-toxicity substances released during degradation. The water resistance reaches IPX5 level, suitable for most general packaging scenarios.
