The cross-linked foaming structure improves the stability of thermal insulation performance, avoiding the decline of insulation effect caused by long-term extrusion. Compared with traditional EPS insulation materials, it is 30% lighter, reducing logistics costs significantly. It has no residual chemical adhesives, complies with FDA food contact standards, and can be customized into various shapes such as insulation box liners and insulation bags. The material is UV-resistant, suitable for outdoor use in various weather conditions.

The standard thickness is 20mm and 30mm, with optional widths of 1200mm. The coil length can be customized according to customer needs. The thermal conductivity is 0.032W/(m·K), which can maintain the internal temperature stability of the packaging box for 72-120 hours at normal temperature. The tensile strength is ≥150kPa, and the compression resilience rate is ≥90%. The aluminum foil laminated layer has a thickness of 0.05mm, which does not affect the overall flexibility of the material.
Widely used in cold chain transportation of fresh meat, seafood and dairy products, vaccine and pharmaceutical logistics, flower and plant transportation, and precision instrument temperature-controlled packaging. It can also be used as a thermal insulation layer for outdoor construction and solar equipment.
