Made with a food-grade low-density polyethylene foaming process, this pearl cotton buffer material features anindependent closed-cell structure that effectively absorbs impact energy, providing better cushioning than standard polystyrene foam. It also offers waterproof, moisture-proof, and acid-alkali corrosion-resistant properties. With a density of approximately 28kg per cubic meter, it helps lower transportation and logistics costs compared with traditional packaging materials. It supports custom cutting and die-cutting processing to fit fragile products of various sizes. Its UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating meets the fire safety requirements of e-commerce warehouses. It is recyclable and degradable, complying with major environmental certification standards in European and American markets, helping to solve the pain points of difficult disposal and non-compliance with cross-border e-commerce environmental requirements.

Available thicknesses include 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm. Standard roll widths are 1000mm and 1500mm, and length can be customized upon request (up to about 100 meters per roll). Density is 28±2kg/m³, with a temperature resistance range of -40℃ to 80℃, waterproof rating of IPX4, and flame retardant performance meeting UL94 V-0 standard. The weight of a single roll ranges from 2kg to 20kg depending on dimensions. The surface can be laminated with PE protective film to prevent scratches. Custom die-forming and special-shaped structure customization are supported, with a minimum order quantity of 1000 pieces.
It is mainly suitable for cross-border e-commerce small parcel packaging, buffer protection for electronic digital products such as mobile phones, headphones and tablets, glass and ceramic products, and precision instruments. It can also be used as inner-layer protection for fresh cold chain transportation and corner protection for furniture transportation. Compatible with automated packaging equipment used in Amazon FBA warehouses and domestic express outlets, it can also be customized with printed brand logos for exclusive enterprise packaging, meeting diverse packaging needs for both B-end and C-end users.
