The core highlight is its fully biodegradable performance, using PLA and PBAT blended raw materials (ratio 70:30), which can be completely degraded into carbon dioxide and water within 180 days under industrial compost conditions, without plastic residues, and will not pollute soil and water. The matte transparent material avoids glare affecting product display, and its cushioning performance is close to traditional LDPE bubble wraps, with a maximum bearing capacity of 4kg per roll, adapting to the packaging needs of small and medium-sized packages. It does not contain BPA and phthalates, meeting EU REACH environmental protection certification, solving the environmental problem that traditional packaging materials are difficult to degrade.

This product is made from bio-based biodegradable PLA+PBAT raw materials at a 70:30 ratio. It has a 10mm bubble diameter, a single bubble wall thickness of 0.035mm, and a total film thickness of 0.09mm. Each roll measures 60m in length and 50cm in width, with a net weight of 1.3kg. It meets the ASTM D6400 standard for industrial compost degradation and has an IPX3 water resistance rating. The film has a matte transparent appearance and is available in an unprinted version as standard, with customizable soybean ink printing options. The edges feature neat heat-sealing, and the product can be used within a temperature range of -10℃ to 60℃, making it suitable for transportation and storage under normal temperature conditions.

It is mainly used for product packaging of environmental protection brands, shipping packaging for cross-border e-commerce to EU and North American markets, office packaging of sustainable concept enterprises, and home environmental protection storage cushion materials. It adapts to the packaging material standards of the EU CBAM carbon border adjustment mechanism, helping brands reduce their carbon footprint and improve their environmental protection image.
