This double-layer bubble wrap adopts a double-layer nested bubble structure, which doubles the air buffer layer compared with traditional single-layer bubble wrap, greatly improving the impact resistance and load-bearing capacity. The thickened 3.5mil film can withstand greater extrusion and impact, avoiding damage to fragile goods caused by falling or extrusion during transportation. The evenly arranged double-layer bubbles can disperse external force more uniformly, reducing the local pressure on packaged goods. The raw materials are virgin HDPE, which is non-toxic and odorless, and will not cause secondary pollution to packaged goods. The roll is easy to cut and can be adjusted freely according to the size of the packaging box, meeting the packaging needs of different sizes of fragile goods.
This double-layer thickened bubble wrap has a standard finished width of 60cm, and custom widths of 50cm or 70cm are available. The standard length of each roll is 80m, and custom lengths of 50m or 100m are also available. The bubble diameter is 12mm, and the film thickness is 3.5mil, with a static load bearing capacity of 800g/cm², which is more than twice that of traditional single-layer bubble wrap. Each roll weighs about 15kg to 18kg. It is packaged in PE film seal to avoid moisture damage during storage and transportation. Cutting guide marks are printed on the roll to facilitate users to cut according to the required length. It is suitable for packaging of large or high-value fragile goods, such as glass wine bottles, ceramic tableware sets and large electronic accessories.

This product is mainly applicable to the packaging of high-value fragile goods such as glass products, ceramic handicrafts, large electronic accessories, furniture accessories and other items that require high buffer protection. It is suitable for cross-border e-commerce sellers of fragile goods, glass product manufacturers, ceramic handicraft factories and other scenarios. It can be used for individual packaging of fragile goods, or as a layer of cushioning material inside large cargo boxes to protect goods from collision and extrusion during long-distance transportation. It can also be used for storage and transportation of precision instruments and other items that require high impact resistance protection.
