Its 0.45 sound insulation coefficient can effectively reduce 30-40dB of air-borne sound, and it also has excellent heat insulation performance with a thermal conductivity of only 0.035W/(m·K), which can reduce indoor air conditioning energy consumption by more than 15%. The product is a standardized board that can be cut and installed without complex tools, and can be installed without punching with matching nail-free glue. Its B1 grade fire rating meets home decoration fire safety specifications, and E0 grade environmental certification is suitable for sensitive spaces such as infant rooms and bedrooms, solving the pain points of poor environmental protection and complicated installation of traditional sound insulation materials.
The standard board size is 1200mm (width) ×2400mm (length), with optional thicknesses of 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, 50mm, and a density of 35±2kg/m³. The sound insulation volume is 35dB for 10mm thickness, and the thermal conductivity is 0.034W/(m·K). The fire rating conforms to GB8624 B1 level, and the environmental rating reaches E0 grade. The weight of a single board ranges from 8kg to 12kg. The surface can be covered with aluminum foil film to improve heat insulation performance.
