The surface resistance is controlled between 10^6-10^9Ω, which can quickly dissipate static electricity and avoid electrostatic breakdown of precision electronic components. The ±0.5mm cutting precision ensures that the insert perfectly matches the product, eliminating gaps and reducing the risk of collision during transportation. The material is odor-free, recyclable and complies with IPC electronic industry packaging standards. It can be adapted to automated packaging production lines, improving packaging efficiency for electronic manufacturing enterprises.

The insert can be customized according to the customer's CAD drawing, with a maximum size of 600×400mm per set. The thickness ranges from 5mm to 30mm, and the density is 28kg/m³. The compressive strength is ≥200kPa, and the static dissipation time is ≤2s. The anti-static performance remains valid for more than 2 years under normal storage conditions. The packaging uses PE sealed bags to avoid moisture damage during transportation.
Mainly used for packaging precision electronic components such as semiconductor chips, PCB circuit boards, smartphone parts, precision instruments and medical electronic equipment. It can also be used as a protective liner for optical equipment and jewelry.
