The core advantage is 100% compostable degradation, solving the environmental pain point that traditional PE bubble wraps are difficult to degrade naturally. It uses bio-based raw materials from renewable resources such as corn starch, without relying on fossil fuels. After special foaming process, the bubbles are full and uniform, and the cushioning performance is close to traditional PE bubble wraps, meeting the requirements of conventional logistics cushioning. It has passed the dual certifications of ASTM D6400 and EN 13432, and can be completely degraded into carbon dioxide, water and biomass within 180 days in industrial composting facilities. It has no toxic additives, complies with food contact standards, and can be used for fresh food packaging, while having good water vapor barrier ability to protect packaged items from moisture.

Each roll has a width of 100cm and a length of 30m, with a net weight of about 1.8kg per roll. The bubble diameter is 8mm, and the total film thickness is 45μm. The biodegradation rate is ≥90% within 180 days, with a tensile breaking strength of ≥10MPa. The temperature resistance range is 0℃ to 50℃, and the water vapor barrier rate reaches 95%. It is initially packaged in compostable bags, and the overall packaging has no non-degradable components, meeting the full life cycle sustainability requirements.

It is suitable for product packaging of organic fresh e-commerce, gift packaging of sustainable brands, environmental protection packaging requirements of cross-border e-commerce, compliance packaging requirements of Nordic and EU regions, and product cushioning packaging in supermarket fresh food areas. It can be used in all scenarios that require green environmental protection packaging, complying with the plastic packaging carbon reduction policies of the EU and the United States.
