The core advantage of this product lies in its dual functions of cushioning and anti-static protection, which is different from ordinary bubble wraps that only have cushioning ability. It uses food-contact grade compliant LDPE base material, has no peculiar smell and will not contaminate packaged items. The special conductive particles are evenly distributed, with stable surface resistance in the range of 10^6-10^9Ω, meeting the EU ESD protection standard EN 61340-5-1. It adopts high-strength blown film technology to improve tear strength, avoid damage during packaging, and can be recycled to reduce the environmental burden of packaging waste, solving the dual pain points of electronic precision packaging requiring both cushioning and anti-static protection.
Each roll has a width of 122cm and a length of 50m, with a net weight of about 2.3kg per roll. The bubble diameter is 10mm, and the total film thickness is 50μm (including the bubble layer and double-sided film). The surface resistivity meets the ESD protection level, the temperature resistance range is -20℃ to 60℃, which can withstand conventional storage and logistics environment temperatures. The tensile breaking strength is ≥12MPa, meeting the cushioning requirements for long-distance transportation. The packaging is wrapped in shrink film and placed on a pallet, which is convenient for forklift loading and unloading.
It is suitable for packaging of electronic components in electronic manufacturing factories, semi-finished product transfer in semiconductor packaging workshops, export logistics packaging of precision instruments and equipment, packaging protection of industrial control motherboards and hard disks, and packaging protection of aerospace electronic components.
