The rated treatment capacity is 50m³ per day, and the power consumption is 12kWh per m³ of sewage. The electrolysis current range is 0-800A, and the electrode spacing is 80mm. The electrolytic tank is made of FRP fiberglass, with a total weight of 12 tons and overall dimensions of 6*2*2.5m. It supports 380V 3-phase AC power supply, and the operating noise is ≤75dB. The PLC control system can realize automatic operation, and supports remote data monitoring and parameter adjustment. It can effectively remove COD, ammonia nitrogen and other pollutants in sewage, and is suitable for the pretreatment of small-scale industrial wastewater and rural centralized sewage treatment.
It is mainly applicable to small and medium-sized town municipal sewage treatment stations, industrial park small-scale wastewater pretreatment, catering wastewater electrolysis treatment, rural centralized sewage treatment projects and other scenarios. It can replace traditional biochemical treatment equipment for upgrading and transformation, and is suitable for areas where chemical agent treatment is not allowed or the cost of chemical agents is high.
