Adopts titanium-based ruthenium iridium coated electrodes with a service life of over 10,000 hours without obvious attenuation. It is equipped with a closed-loop PID control system that can adjust electrolysis current and hydrogen output in real time, and comes with multiple safety protection mechanisms such as overvoltage protection and dry-burn protection. Compared with traditional hydrogen production equipment, its energy consumption is reduced by 15%, and it is equipped with a remote monitoring interface for laboratory data collection, solving the pain points of unstable small hydrogen supply and transportation risks in laboratories.
Rated electrolysis power is 3KW, DC input voltage range is 10-24V, stably produces 1.2 standard cubic meters of 99.999% purity hydrogen per day. The overall size of the equipment is 650mm (length) * 450mm (width) * 800mm (height), with a net weight of 85kg. The shell is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel for rust and corrosion prevention, the electrode coating thickness is ≥5μm, the hydrogen output pressure is adjustable from 0.1-0.5MPa, and it is equipped with a 1/4 inch quick-connect gas output interface, supporting external data collection modules to monitor electrolysis temperature and pressure parameters in real time.
It is suitable for fuel cell testing in university energy material laboratories, high-temperature hydrogen reduction experiments for metal materials, debugging of small hydrogen energy power systems, and can also be used for popular science education to display the hydrogen energy production process, making it an ideal hydrogen supply solution for small scientific research institutions and university laboratories.
