Made of high-purity sugarcane-derived bio-polyethylene foaming, it has passed BPI and OK Compost double compost certification, and can be largely degraded into carbon dioxide and water in an industrial compost environment with minimal microplastic pollutants. Compared with traditional degradable starch-based packaging materials, its cushioning performance is improved by 35%, and it has excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance, which can be used for buffer protection of food packaging without losing cushioning performance due to moisture softening. It has passed FDA food contact safety certification and can be directly used for buffer protection of fresh food and baked goods, solving the pain point that traditional non-degradable packaging materials cannot meet environmental protection regulations, and adapting to the packaging requirements of EU and US environmental protection regulations.

Each sheet has a size of 1000mm*1000mm, with a standard thickness of 8mm, and optional thickness range of 3mm-15mm. The weight of a single sheet is about 1.9kg (for 8mm thickness version), which is packaged in degradable PLA film sealed bundle. Every 5 sheets are packed into a standard recycled paper carton, and customer brand LOGO printing can be added. The delivery cycle is 7-15 business days, and it can adapt to small-batch custom order requirements. The temperature tolerance range is -10℃ to 60℃, and it can be adapted to manual cutting and automated packaging equipment.
