Made through high-density polyethylene foaming process, with a density of 45kg/m³ and a thermal conductivity of only 0.032 W/(m·K), which is much higher than that of traditional polystyrene thermal insulation materials, with 40% improved thermal insulation performance. It has excellent water vapor resistance, with a water vapor transmission rate of less than 0.5 g/(m²·24h), and can be used for inner wall insulation of cold chain containers without structural damage caused by condensed water. Compared with glass wool thermal insulation materials, it has no dust pollution and will not cause respiratory irritation to installers. It can be directly used for packaging insulation of food cold chain transportation, and has passed EU CE environmental protection certification, solving the pain points of heavy weight and complex installation of traditional thermal insulation materials.

Each sheet has a size of 1200mm*600mm, with a standard thickness of 20mm, and optional thickness range of 10mm-50mm. The weight of a single sheet is about 6.48kg (for 20mm thickness version), which is packaged in PE film sealed bundle. Every 10 sheets are packed into a standard carton, with the outer packaging size of 1250mm*650mm*220mm. The temperature tolerance range is -40℃ to 90℃, and it has UV resistance of more than 5 years for outdoor use.
It is applicable to cold chain logistics container insulation, inner wall insulation of food refrigerated trucks, industrial pipeline heat insulation, building exterior wall sound insulation and photovoltaic module backplane heat insulation and other scenarios. It can be used for packaging insulation of fresh aquatic products and vaccine cold chain transportation, adapting to logistics cold chain enterprises, food processing, construction and other industries, and can also be used for internal insulation renovation of household refrigerators.
