Its self-extinguishing flame retardant treatment can automatically extinguish within 3 seconds after the fire source is removed, avoiding the spread of fire. At the same time, its waterproof and breathable surface structure can effectively isolate water vapor from invading, protecting the products in the package from moisture damage. It can be adapted to automatic packaging machine cutting, greatly improving the operation efficiency of the packaging assembly line, and providing all-round cushioning protection for fragile items and precision parts, solving the pain points of insufficient cushioning and excessive weight of traditional carton packaging.

The thickness range covers 2mm to 50mm, the width supports four standard specifications of 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm and 2000mm, the conventional roll length is 50 meters per roll, and any length can be customized. The material density is 18-22kg/m³, the tensile strength is not less than 120kPa, the water vapor transmission rate is less than 0.5g/(m²·24h), and the service temperature range is -40℃ to 80℃, which can meet the temperature requirements of most industrial packaging scenarios. The product surface is smooth and odorless, and there is no burr after cutting, which can be directly used for food contact packaging (compliant with FDA food contact standards).
It is mainly used in home appliance manufacturing (such as refrigerator and washing machine outer packaging cushioning), e-commerce logistics package cushioning, hardware tool packaging, glass and ceramic product protection packaging, furniture transportation cushioning and other scenarios.
