It is equipped with a dust-proof and waterproof protective cover to adapt to harsh workshop environments, and the automatic lubrication system reduces manual maintenance workload, improving equipment reliability. It also supports custom mold configuration for special-shaped processing needs.

Maximum punching thickness of 8.0mm Q235 carbon steel plate, maximum shearing width of 2500mm, equipped with a 11kW three-phase asynchronous motor, working pressure of 500kN, workbench size of 3000mm (length) * 1500mm (width). The control mode adopts PLC semi-automatic with touch screen, total weight is 3200kg, overall dimensions are 4200mm (L) * 2000mm (W) * 2200mm (H). The punching and shearing speed is 28 cycles per minute, applicable mesh hole range includes square holes 20mm to 200mm and round holes 25mm to 180mm, with a standard power supply of 380V 60Hz three-phase, and custom mold configuration is available for special-shaped holes.
