The equipment uses powder metallurgical stainless steel stamping blades, which have excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and can stably process steel plates with a thickness of 8mm. The fully enclosed sound insulation cover adopts a double-layer sound-absorbing cotton design, controlling the equipment operating noise within 70dB, which meets EU OSHA operating noise standards, solving the pain point of excessive noise of traditional punching and shearing machines affecting the health of surrounding residents and operators. The equipped CNC touch control system supports automatic parameter adjustment, which can automatically adjust the stamping pressure and speed according to different material plates, improving processing accuracy and equipment service life.

The overall dimensions are 3200mm (length) × 1800mm (width) × 2000mm (height), and the total weight is 2800kg. It is compatible with 380V 50Hz three-phase industrial power supply. The maximum stamping speed can reach 60 times/min, the maximum working pressure is 450kN, and the maximum processing steel plate width is 1800mm. The punching and shearing thickness range covers 0.8mm to 8mm low-carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum plates. The equipment is equipped with a waste gas collection interface, which can be connected to the workshop waste gas treatment system to realize full-process environmental protection operations. It also has an automatic oil supply system, which regularly automatically adds lubricating oil to the equipment transmission parts, reducing maintenance costs.
