The equipment uses 9CrSi alloy steel stamping blades, which have good wear resistance and toughness, and can stably process steel plates with a thickness of 4mm. The semi-automatic manual positioning system allows operators to quickly adjust the plate position, balancing production efficiency and operation flexibility, and can be operated without complex programming learning. The dual voltage power supply design enables the equipment to adapt to mixed power supply scenarios of household and industrial use, solving the pain point of insufficient power supply in remote processing sites. It is also equipped with a movable roller base, which facilitates the movement of equipment between different workstations and improves the use efficiency of workshop space.

The overall dimensions are 2000mm (length) × 1200mm (width) × 1800mm (height), and the total weight is 1500kg. It supports 220V 50Hz and 380V 50Hz dual voltage power supply. The maximum stamping speed can reach 50 times/min, the maximum working pressure is 200kN, and the maximum processing steel plate width is 1500mm. The punching and shearing thickness range covers 0.5mm to 4mm low-carbon steel and galvanized steel plates. The stamping stroke can be adjusted between 50mm and 150mm, adapting to the processing needs of plates with different heights. The equipment is equipped with a standard basic punching die set covering common aperture specifications.

It is mainly applicable to township small metal processing plants, individual wire mesh processing households, building decoration material processing plants and other scenarios, and can be used to process decorative steel mesh, building protective nets, shelf steel mesh and other products. It adapts to small and medium-batch custom order processing, can quickly respond to customers' small-batch processing needs, helping individual operators reduce equipment procurement costs and improve the profitability of small-scale wire mesh processing businesses.
