The equipment uses quenched Cr12MoV alloy blades with a hardness of HRC62-65, which has strong wear resistance and can stably process high-strength steel plates with a thickness of 12mm. The hydraulic servo control system can accurately adjust the stamping pressure and speed to adapt to the processing needs of different materials of steel plates, avoiding plate deformation caused by excessive pressure. The integrated welded heavy-duty frame is treated with stress relief, solving the pain point of insufficient equipment stability in thick plate punching and shearing operations. It is also equipped with safety protective fences and emergency stop devices, which meet EU CE safety certification standards to ensure the operation safety of operators.

The overall dimensions are 5000mm (length) × 2800mm (width) × 2500mm (height), and the total weight is 6800kg. It is compatible with 380V 60Hz three-phase industrial power supply. The maximum stamping speed can reach 40 times/min, the maximum working pressure is 800kN, and the maximum processing steel plate width is 2500mm. The punching and shearing thickness range covers 2mm to 12mm high-strength low-carbon steel and alloy steel plates. The equipment is equipped with a detachable stamping die replacement device, which can quickly replace punching dies with different apertures to adapt to diversified thick plate steel mesh processing specifications.

It is mainly applicable to heavy machinery manufacturing enterprises, large-scale infrastructure project supporting processing plants, bridge guardrail production plants and other scenarios, and can process heavy protective nets, bridge reinforcement mesh plates, engineering machinery counterweight protective nets and other thick-specification metal mesh parts. It adapts to large-specification and high-strength steel mesh processing orders, and can meet the high-precision and high-stability processing needs of the heavy equipment manufacturing industry, helping enterprises undertake supporting processing businesses of large-scale engineering projects.
