The CNC + PLC linkage control system can realize precise positioning and parameter setting, with a processing accuracy of ±0.1mm, meeting the processing requirements of high-precision customized products. The hydraulic automatic positioning clamping system can quickly fix plates of different sizes, reducing the preparation time before processing by 80%. It is equipped with a full-range safety protection system, including laser anti-pinch and emergency stop linkage.

The overall size of the machine is 16000*5500*3200mm (length*width*height). It can process low-carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel with a thickness of 6-12mm. The maximum adjustable mesh size is 300*300mm, the punching stroke is 220mm, and the feeding stroke is 4000mm. The total power of the equipment is 75kW, and it supports dual voltage configurations of 380V 50Hz and 480V 60Hz. The net weight of the complete machine is 12600kg, and it is equipped with a professional cooling and lubrication system to ensure stable operation under long-term heavy load.
