The five-axis CNC linkage control system can realize arbitrary adjustment of processing angle, mesh size and feeding speed, and supports one-key storage of multiple processing processes, which can quickly switch between different production orders. It is equipped with a visual positioning system, which can realize automatic correction of plate deviation, improving processing accuracy by 90% compared with traditional equipment. The whole machine adopts modular design, which is convenient for maintenance and upgrade of components.

The overall size of the machine is 11000*4200*2500mm (length*width*height). It can process low-carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet with a thickness of 1-5mm. The mesh size can be customized from 10*10mm to 200*200mm, the punching stroke is 120mm, and the feeding speed is 0-20m/min. The total power of the equipment is 37kW, and it supports dual voltage configurations of 380V 50Hz and 440V 60Hz. The net weight of the complete machine is 5800kg, and it is equipped with a professional dust removal system to purify the processing site.
