Adopting high-frequency ultrasonic and electromagnetic dual-probe combination, it can accurately distinguish the thickness of each layer of multi-layer coatings, solving the pain point that traditional thickness gauges cannot measure multi-layer composite coatings. The ultra-high accuracy of 0.3% conforms to international military testing standards such as ISO 10814. Equipped with professional multi-layer coating analysis software, it can automatically identify the material and thickness of each layer of coating and generate detailed detection reports. The industrial protection grade IP65 can cope with harsh workshop environments, supporting remote firmware upgrade and data backup to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.

The whole machine dimensions are 450*320*200mm, weighing 15kg, with a probe cable length of 5m. The measurement resolution is 0.01μm, the working temperature range is -20℃~60℃, and the storage temperature is -30℃~70℃. It supports 10 unit switches, with a built-in 24V DC power adapter, supporting data export to CAD, Excel and other formats, and supports multi-device network management.

It is suitable for multi-layer coating detection in industries such as military electronic components, semiconductor chip packaging, and aerospace parts. It can measure the single-layer and total thickness of multi-layer composite coatings such as gold-plated, nickel-plated, and copper substrates, providing accurate data support for product research and development and quality certification, conforming to military testing standards such as US military standard MIL-STD-45201.
