The parallel sliding interlocking door has a fast opening speed of ≤10s, improving the passing efficiency. The unit is also equipped with a filter differential pressure alarm device, which reminds users to replace the filter in time, and the intelligent counting function records the number of purified personnel and goods, facilitating production management.

The external dimensions are 3000*1800*2400mm, with internal dimensions of 2800*1600*2200mm. It is equipped with three 1.1kW centrifugal fans with a total air volume of 6000 m³/h, providing a wind speed of 22-30m/s. The H14 grade HEPA filter can capture 99.995% of particulate matter ≥0.3μm. The power supply is 0.38 Kilovolts 50Hz, and the electrical protection grade is IP54. The liftable material tray has a load capacity of 500kg, with an adjustable lifting height of 100-300mm. The purification delay time can be adjusted from 10 to 60 seconds via the AI smart touch screen, and the built-in 60W LED lighting provides sufficient internal illumination. The unit also supports intelligent counting of passing personnel and goods, facilitating production statistics and management.
