Passed the national explosion-proof certification Ex d IIB T4, it can be safely used in Class II B explosive gas environment and T4 temperature group environment. The filter media is made of anti-static glass fiber, coated with anti-static coating to avoid static accumulation and spark generation. The casing is made of 304 stainless steel, with high strength and corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh industrial environments. It is equipped with explosion-proof differential pressure switch and explosion-proof fan, and the whole system meets the explosion-proof safety specifications. It adopts two-stage filtration design, the pre-primary filter intercepts large particle dust, and the post-high efficiency filter intercepts fine dust, improving the overall filtration efficiency and filter media service life.

The rated air volume ranges from 1500 to 2500m³/h, the standard size is 1500*800*400mm, the thickness of the filter media is 120mm, the casing is made of 3mm thick 304 stainless steel plate, the working pressure range is 0-500Pa, the working temperature range is -20℃ to 120℃, the matching power supply is 380V three-phase explosion-proof power supply, the self-weight range is 40kg to 50kg, the explosion-proof wiring interface is G1/2 inch, the replacement cycle of filter media is 8-12 months depending on the dust concentration, and it is equipped with a dust concentration overload alarm function, which automatically shuts down when the dust concentration exceeds the safety threshold.

It is suitable for grain processing workshops (flour dust), aluminum powder processing workshops, magnesium powder processing workshops, gunpowder manufacturing workshops and other industrial scenes with risk of explosive dust. It can be used as the core filtration unit of the central explosion-proof dust removal and purification system, effectively intercepting explosive dust and avoiding the occurrence of dust explosion accidents, meeting the GB12476.1-2010 Electrical Equipment for Flammable Dust Environments Standard, and ensuring production safety.
