The use of 316L stainless steel material can resist the corrosion of low-temperature and high-humidity environment in cold chain logistics, extending the service life to more than 8 years. The nano atomized disinfection system can evenly spray disinfectant on the surface of clothing and goods, with a disinfection rate of more than 99.9% for common viruses and bacteria. The 20L large-capacity disinfectant storage tank can support long-term continuous disinfection without frequent refueling, reducing the daily maintenance cost.

The overall dimensions are 1500×1000×2200mm, suitable for the passage of personnel and small cold chain goods. It is equipped with two 1.1kW high-pressure centrifugal fans, with a total air supply volume of 2200m³/h. The nano atomization nozzle has a diameter of 0.5mm, which can produce 5-10μm atomized mist, ensuring uniform distribution of disinfectant. The disinfection time can be adjusted from 0-60s, and the atomization volume can be adjusted according to the actual demand. The equipment is equipped with a dual filter system of primary and HEPA, which can filter out particulate matter and residual disinfectant mist, ensuring the air quality of the cold chain passage.

This product is mainly applicable to cold chain logistics parks, imported cold chain product inspection stations, cold storage entrances and other scenarios that require virus and bacteria prevention and dust removal. Typical application scenarios include disinfection treatment of personnel entering the cold storage, dust removal and disinfection of imported cold chain goods, and epidemic prevention treatment of logistics transfer personnel, effectively preventing the spread of viruses and bacteria through cold chain channels and ensuring the safety of food and logistics, meeting the national cold chain epidemic prevention standards.
