The rated air volume range is 800-1500m³/h, the initial resistance is ≤220Pa, the final resistance is ≥350Pa, the conventional sizes are 1200*600*220mm and 610*610*150mm (customizable), the filter medium is borosilicate glass fiber filter paper, the shell thickness is 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate, the working temperature range is 5℃ to 40℃, the relative humidity application range is 30%-90%RH, the filtration accuracy meets H13 grade HEPA standards, passes CE and ISO 14644-1 authoritative certifications, and the weight is about 12.5kg per standard unit.

It is mainly suitable for industrial scenarios where the air cleanliness reaches ISO 5 grade (100 grade) and above, such as semiconductor chip packaging workshops, biomedical aseptic filling workshops, precision optical component assembly workshops, food and beverage aseptic packaging workshops.
