This product adopts a three-stage filtration system to achieve high-efficiency purification, with stable wind speed and low noise operation (≤65dB). It is equipped with an anti-clamping design for the door to avoid accidental injury to personnel, and the blow time can be adjusted freely according to actual needs. The anti-static coating on the surface prevents the adsorption of dust, reducing secondary pollution during use. The electronic interlock function ensures that the door can only be opened on one side at a time, effectively avoiding the mixing of clean and non-clean air. Compared with traditional air showers, it has more uniform blowing coverage and better sealing performance, solving the pain points of uneven purification and easy dust accumulation in old models.

The overall external dimensions are 1500*1000*2450mm, with a centrifugal fan with a power of 1.5KW. The noise level does not exceed 65dB, and the protection grade is IP54. The power interface is a 3-phase 4-wire interface, which can be customized according to local power standards. The filter replacement cycle is about 6 months under conventional use, and a pressure difference alarm device can be optionally configured. The interior is equipped with a 10W LED lighting device, and the door is made of cold-rolled steel with anti-static treatment, which is durable and easy to clean. The equipment supports quick installation, with reserved wiring ports and fixed mounting brackets for easy on-site deployment.

It is mainly applicable to personnel decontamination in general clean workshops such as electronic product manufacturing, small food processing plants, ordinary medical material warehouses and teaching and research laboratories. It is suitable for the passage of personnel after changing clothes, effectively removing surface pollutants and ensuring the cleanliness of the production and storage environment. It can also be used in the personnel access channel of the clean area of the small and medium-sized processing workshop, meeting the daily decontamination needs of the staff.
