The filter adopts a two-stage filtration structure: the G4 grade non-woven fabric first removes large particulate matter, and the coconut shell activated carbon layer adsorbs VOCs and malodorous gases, with an adsorption capacity of up to 1200mg/g. The buckling installation design allows quick filter replacement without tools, reducing maintenance time and costs. The galvanized steel housing resists acid and alkali corrosion, extending the service life in corrosive environments. Compared with single-layer filter products, it solves the pain point that traditional filters cannot remove malodorous gases and organic pollutants, suitable for various malodorous industrial scenarios.

The overall dimensions of this filter are 1000mm (length) × 500mm (width) × 300mm (height), with a total weight of 22kg. The activated carbon layer thickness is 50mm, and the primary non-woven filter layer thickness is 20mm, with a total filter area of 12㎡. It supports a rated air flow of 8000 m³/h, with an initial pressure drop of ≤18 Pa and a maximum working pressure of 1000 Pa. It matches 500mm diameter air ducts, suitable for small and medium-sized central air conditioning systems and waste gas treatment equipment. The operating temperature range is -10℃ to 60℃, and the working humidity is 30%-95% RH without condensation. The service life is 3-6 months depending on the concentration of malodorous gases.

This activated carbon deodorization industrial air filter is widely used in printing workshops, chemical raw material storage areas, food processing plants, sewage treatment plant waste gas pretreatment, and feed processing plant odor control scenarios. It can effectively remove paint mist, organic solvents, ammonia and other malodorous gases, improving the working environment of the workshop and meeting national environmental protection emission requirements.
