The food-grade 304 stainless steel material is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and has a long service life. It is also equipped with an emergency manual opening device to ensure normal use in case of power failure. Compared with manual air showers, it has higher passing efficiency and better hygiene, solving the pain points of slow passage and manual contact pollution in traditional equipment.

The overall external dimensions are 1800*1500*2450mm, with a 2.2KW centrifugal fan, and the noise level does not exceed 60dB. The protection grade is IP65, which can meet the use requirements of humid and more stringent clean environments. The power is 5KW, and the filter replacement cycle is about 12 months under conventional use. It is equipped with a filter pressure difference alarm and an ultraviolet disinfection function (optional). The interior is equipped with a 15W LED lighting device, and the sliding door adopts a low-friction track design to ensure smooth opening and closing. The equipment also supports face recognition upgrade function for more precise personnel management.
