Adopts three-stage filtration structure, the primary filter intercepts large particle dust and hair, the medium efficiency filter intercepts 1-10μm particles, and the high efficiency filter intercepts 0.3μm fine particles, with an overall filtration efficiency of up to 99.97%. It is equipped with an automatic filter replacement system, which can automatically trigger filter media replacement according to differential pressure, without manual inspection, reducing operation and maintenance costs. It is equipped with an intelligent remote monitoring platform, which can view equipment operation status, filtration efficiency, remaining filter media life and other data in real time through mobile phones or computers, supporting remote start and stop of equipment. The system adopts silent centrifugal fan, with operating noise lower than 65dB, which will not affect the normal production and operation of the workshop, and is equipped with an energy recovery module to recover exhaust heat and reduce enterprise energy consumption costs.

The total rated air volume ranges from 8000 to 12000m³/h, the is 3000*2000*1800mm, the filtration level is G4+F9+H13 three-stage combination, the replacement cycle of primary filter media is 1-3 months, the replacement cycle of medium efficiency filter media is 3-6 months, the replacement cycle of high efficiency filter media is 12-18 months, the working pressure range is 0-600Pa, the working temperature range is -10℃ to 95℃, the matching power supply is 380V three-phase five-wire system, the self-weight is 800kg to 900kg, it can be adapted to industrial workshops with a purification area of 5000-10000㎡, and is equipped with a fresh air supplement interface to realize mixed purification of fresh air and return air.
