This product has passed the national explosion-proof certification, with all electrical components adopting explosion-proof design to avoid spark generation during operation, effectively eliminating the risk of explosion in flammable and explosive environments. The 316L stainless steel material has excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for humid and corrosive hazardous environments. It is equipped with an explosion-proof audible and visual alarm device, which can timely remind personnel of abnormal conditions. The blowing system adopts an explosion-proof fan, which runs stably and safely. Compared with ordinary air showers, it has higher safety performance, solving the pain points of potential explosion hazards in hazardous environments when using ordinary purification equipment.

The overall external dimensions are 1500*1000*2400mm, with a 2KW explosion-proof centrifugal fan, and the noise level does not exceed 65dB. The protection grade is IP65, and the power interface adopts an explosion-proof junction box. The filter replacement cycle is about 12 months under conventional use, and a filter pressure difference alarm device is configured as standard. The interior is equipped with a 10W explosion-proof LED lighting device, and an emergency cut-off switch is configured to ensure that the equipment can be quickly turned off in case of emergency. The equipment also supports the configuration of a gas concentration detection device to detect the concentration of flammable gas in the air in real time.

It is mainly applicable to hazardous clean areas such as chemical raw material processing workshops, explosive product production workshops, petroleum and chemical clean areas and flammable material storage warehouses. It is suitable for the passage of personnel after changing clothes, effectively removing surface pollutants while ensuring the safety of the personnel and the production environment. It can also be used in the personnel access channel of the clean area of the hazardous chemical logistics center, meeting the decontamination needs of personnel in flammable and explosive environments.
