The key advantage of this turbine flow meter is its 304 stainless steel rotor, which has excellent wear resistance and can maintain high measurement accuracy for over 3 years of continuous use. It supports dual power supply options, with the AA battery version providing up to 2 years of operation without replacement, and the 24V DC version suitable for fixed installations. The LCD totalizer display clearly shows real-time flow rate and accumulated flow data, and the pulse output signal can be connected to a remote data acquisition system. It has fast response speed, with a response time of less than 100ms, meeting the requirements of high-speed filling production lines.

The turbine flow meter is available in process sizes from DN10 to DN100, with a maximum operating pressure of 1.6MPa. The rotor speed ranges from 10 to 10000 rpm, adapting to different flow rate ranges. The liquid viscosity range is 0.1-10 mPa·s, suitable for measuring low-viscosity liquids such as diesel, kerosene, and tap water. The overall weight is 2.5kg to 8kg depending on the model, and the threaded connection version can be installed directly onto the pipeline without extra flange accessories.
This turbine flow meter is mainly used in diesel fuel stations for vehicle fuel dispensing metering, bottled water production lines for pure water flow measurement, small chemical plants for solvent transportation metering, and agricultural irrigation systems for water flow monitoring. It is also suitable for vehicle refueling fleet management and bulk liquid transportation trading accounting. Typical usage scenarios include commercial fuel metering, production raw material inventory management, and agricultural water resource management.
