The core feature of this long-handle scoop is its outstanding chemical corrosion resistance. Polypropylene (PP) material exhibits strong resistance to most inorganic acids, alkalis, and salt solutions, including concentrated hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and sodium hydroxide solutions, making it ideal for handling strongly corrosive chemical additives (e.g., flame retardants, certain foaming agents). The deep scoop head design prevents light powders from dispersing during transfer. The 40 cm total length provides a sufficient safe operating distance, protecting users from exposure to irritating or harmful chemical fumes. The conductive version, made by adding carbon black or other conductive media, quickly dissipates static charges generated by friction, preventing electrostatic buildup that could ignite flammable dust or vapors. It is an essential tool for explosion-proof zones.

The material is homopolymer or copolymer polypropylene, ensuring high purity and consistency. The scoop body has uniform thickness (typically 2 mm), balancing strength and light weight. Its temperature resistance surpasses PE, allowing short-term contact with materials up to 135°C (e.g., hot materials刚从烘干机取出的热料). The volume resistivity of the conductive version is strictly controlled between 10^3 - 10^6 Ω·cm for effective Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection. The product can pass bend tests, showing good fatigue resistance and不易在反复使用后断裂. All products are silicone-free and do not leach plasticizers, preventing contamination of high-purity materials.
Primarily used in the production and R&D of high-performance engineering plastics, specialty chemicals, and pigments/dyes. Specifically for sampling and transferring: various flame retardants (e.g., brominated, phosphorus-based, aluminum/magnesium hydroxide); plastic additives like antioxidants and light stabilizers; strongly corrosive coloring pigments; chemical raw materials like epoxy resins and curing agents. In high-end manufacturing sectors such as lithium battery materials and electronic chemicals, conductive PP scoops are standard tools for preventing electrostatic hazards. Also common in QC laboratories for handling corrosive standard samples.
