Selected from uniformly dense, beautifully grained cherrywood, hand-cut, sanded, and finished with food-grade wood wax/oil for a smooth surface that highlights the wood's natural beauty. The spoon shape is precisely calculated; one level scoop corresponds to a standard single-serving coffee dose (~2g). Wood's natural hydrophobicity and antimicrobial properties are superior to plastic, and unlike metal, it does not affect coffee flavor. With use, it develops a unique patina.

Length approx. 12.7 cm, compact and refined. The bowl capacity is calibrated; one level scoop holds approx. 2g of medium-ground coffee. The wood is kiln-dried to a moisture content below 10% for high stability and resistance to warping/cracking. Finished with natural beeswax or mineral oil, ensuring safety. Each scoop is unique in grain and color due to handcrafting. Extremely lightweight, approx. 5-8g.
Primarily used in specialty pour-over, French press, AeroPress, and other non-espresso coffee brewing. Used to dose and transfer coffee grounds from a hopper or bag into a grinder or filter. Also serves as a stirring spoon to level coffee beds or for stirring during immersion brewing. Suitable as a tea or sugar spoon, or as a decorative table accessory/gift. A signature tool for third-wave coffee culture enthusiasts.
