Made from 304 stainless steel for strong corrosion resistance. The bowl features precisely laser-cut slots, uniform and fine (typically 2-3mm diameter), effectively draining oil and water while retaining solid food. The deep, slotted bowl design increases capacity and draining area. The handle often ends with a hook for storage. Sturdy construction withstands frequent use and high-temperature frying.

Total length approx. 33 cm for safe operation. Bowl length ~10 cm, width ~7 cm, depth ~3 cm, capacity ~120 ml. Number of slots typically 80-120, with 2.5mm aperture. Total weight ~150g. Features seamless connection and polished finish, similar to the long ladle. Heat resistant, safe for direct use in hot oil, easy to clean with no hygiene死角.
A versatile tool in both Eastern and Western kitchens. Primarily used for retrieving fried foods (e.g., chicken, doughnuts, spring rolls) and draining excess oil. Used for draining blanched vegetables or retrieving pasta/dumplings from boiling water. When making stews or ragù, it can scoop solids while skimming some fat. Also functions as a hot pot skimmer.
