This product is made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) through single injection molding, offering excellent impact resistance and flexibility, making it resistant to breakage at room temperature. The material is chemically stable, providing good corrosion resistance against most acids, alkalis, and salt solutions, ensuring no contamination of sampled materials. The ergonomic design features a long handle for reaching into bags or drums, preventing direct hand contact with materials. The large scoop head improves sampling efficiency per scoop, and the smooth surface minimizes material adhesion for easy pouring and cleaning. Suitable as a disposable or reusable industrial consumable, it effectively prevents cross-contamination between different materials.

Manufactured to strict industrial tool standards. The primary material, HDPE, has a density between 0.941-0.965 g/cm³, offering high tensile strength and hardness. The scoop head is designed as a smooth, semi-ellipsoidal container with rounded edges for safety. The handle often includes anti-slip textures or bumps for improved grip. The product can withstand common mineral oils, vegetable oils, and alcohols. Each batch can be accompanied by a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and a declaration of conformity. Widely used in plastic modification plants, injection molding workshops, and masterbatch production lines for incoming quality control (IQC) and process sampling. Suitable materials include: general-purpose plastic pellets like PP, PE, ABS, PS; various color masterbatches and filler masterbatches; common fillers like calcium carbonate and talc powder. In chemical laboratories, it can also be used for non-precise transfer of powdered reagents.
