The reactor adopts borosilicate glass lining, which can resist the corrosion of strong acids, strong alkalis and strong oxidizing media, avoiding product contamination caused by contact between the reaction solution and the metal shell. The carbon steel shell ensures the structural stability of the equipment, and the mechanical seal can maintain a vacuum degree of -0.098MPa without leakage. The overhead mechanical stirring device has a speed range of 0-500rpm, and the stirring paddle is made of PTFE material, which is suitable for corrosive reaction solutions. The PID digital control system ensures temperature control accuracy within ±1℃, and the built-in vacuum relief valve and temperature alarm device provide safety protection.

The effective working volume is 16 liters, with an overall height of 1800mm and a diameter of 700mm, weighing about 320kg. The heating temperature range is room temperature to 280℃, and the vacuum degree range is -0.098MPa to normal pressure. The stirring speed range is 0-500rpm, and the wall thickness of the glass lining is 3mm. It is equipped with 6 standard interfaces including feeding port, discharging port and vacuum port, matching KF50 quick-fit joints. It meets CE safety certification standards, and can be connected to distillation units and vacuum systems as needed.

It is suitable for pilot-scale pharmaceutical synthesis in pharmaceutical enterprises, large-batch intermediate preparation in fine chemical enterprises, distillation and extraction experiments in food and fragrance industry, and catalytic reaction in wastewater treatment in environmental protection field. Typical application scenarios include vacuum distillation, low-temperature polymerization and extraction separation experiments. It can ensure the purity of the product, avoiding metal contamination caused by contact with the reaction solution, and is suitable for large-batch sample preparation in pilot R&D.
