The reactor adopts 2450MHz standard microwave frequency, and the microwave power can be adjusted from 0 to 1000W, matching with electric auxiliary heating to achieve precise temperature control. Microwave heating has no thermal gradient, which can make the reaction solution heated evenly, and the mechanical stirring device can further ensure the uniformity of the reaction. The tempered borosilicate glass cavity has high temperature and pressure resistance, and the built-in microwave shielding device ensures operational safety. The touch screen control system supports presetting multi-stage reaction processes, and can display temperature, pressure and power parameters in real time.

The overall size of the reactor is 400mm in diameter and 550mm in height, weighing about 75kg. The microwave power adjustment range is 0-1000W, the working temperature range is room temperature to 250℃, and the maximum working pressure is 1MPa. The stirring speed range is 0-600rpm, and the cooling mode is forced air cooling. It is equipped with a KF40 standard interface, which can be connected to a condensing reflux device and a vacuum system. It meets FDA certification standards, and the glass cavity can withstand most organic solvents and conventional chemical reagents.

It is suitable for rapid synthesis reactions in organic chemistry, such as Suzuki coupling reaction and acetal reaction, lead compound synthesis in new drug R&D, rapid preparation of nanomaterials in material science, and small-batch rapid production in fine chemical industry. Typical application scenarios include rapid esterification reaction, rapid polymerization reaction and catalytic hydrogenation reaction. Compared with traditional oil bath heating, it can save more than 80% of reaction time and greatly improve R&D efficiency.
