The system adopts independent oil bath heating for each station, ensuring that the temperature difference between different stations is within ±2℃, and each station is equipped with independent magnetic stirring devices. The 316L stainless steel material has excellent corrosion resistance, and the KF25 quick-fit interface is compatible with most conventional experimental devices. The multi-channel PID control system supports independent parameter setting for each station, and the single-station overheat protection device avoids the impact of a single station failure on the entire experiment. It can be connected to an automated data collection system to realize real-time recording of experimental data.

Each station has an effective volume of 500ml, and the total footprint of the system is 1200mm*800mm*1000mm, weighing about 180kg. The oil bath heating temperature range is room temperature to 180℃, and the working pressure of each station is 0.2MPa. The stirring speed range is 0-800rpm, and the system is equipped with 4 sets of stirring rods and quick-fit joints. The shell of the system is made of sprayed carbon steel, which has good stability and corrosion resistance. It meets CE and ISO9001 certification standards, and can be customized according to experimental needs.

It is suitable for formula screening in pharmaceutical R&D, such as comparing reaction yields under different catalyst dosages, process parameter optimization in fine chemical industry, multi-group sample synthesis in material science, and batch sample processing in environmental science. Typical application scenarios include different pH conditions of degradation experiments, different temperature conditions of polymerization reactions, and different solvent ratios of extraction experiments. It can save 75% of experimental time compared with traditional single-reactor experiments.
