Compared with conventional stainless steel reactors, this micro reactor uses Hastelloy C276 as the main material, with 3 times higher corrosion resistance. The metal hard seal structure can stably maintain a pressure of 20MPa and a temperature of 350℃ without leakage. The built-in magnetic stirring device has a speed range of 0-1500rpm, ensuring uniform mixing of the reaction solution. The digital PID control system has a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃, and the burst disc and pressure gauge provide dual safety protection. The compact size is suitable for desktop placement, saving laboratory space.

The effective working volume is 100ml, with an overall diameter of 120mm and a height of 180mm, weighing about 8kg. The maximum working pressure is 20MPa, and the working temperature range is room temperature to 350℃. The stirring speed is adjustable from 0 to 1500rpm, and the sealing surface uses cobalt-based hard alloy to ensure long-term sealing performance. It is equipped with M16*1.5 threaded interfaces that can be connected to high-pressure pipelines and sampling devices. It meets ASTM material standards and can be used for water thermal synthesis, high-pressure polymerization and other extreme condition experiments.

It is suitable for the preparation of lithium battery anode material precursors in the energy materials field, strong corrosion medium synthesis in special chemical enterprises, military extreme environment material R&D, and high-temperature and high-pressure synthesis of new catalytic materials. Typical application scenarios include MOFs material preparation, ceramic precursor synthesis and strong acid catalytic reaction experiments. It can also be used for basic research in high-pressure physical chemistry courses in universities.
