This reactor adopts 304 food-grade stainless steel as the main body, with excellent corrosion resistance suitable for most conventional chemical reagents. It supports dual stirring modes of magnetic stirring and mechanical stirring, which can be switched according to different experiment requirements. The PID digital control system ensures temperature control accuracy within ±1℃, and the tempered borosilicate glass view window allows real-time observation of the internal reaction status. The built-in pressure relief valve and temperature alarm device effectively avoid safety risks caused by overpressure or overheating. It complies with GMP cleaning standards, making it suitable for pharmaceutical R&D experiments with high purity requirements.

The effective working volume is 5 liters, with an overall height of 850mm and a diameter of 350mm, weighing about 45kg. The stirring speed range is 0-1000rpm, and the jacket can use circulating water or heat-conducting oil as the heat transfer medium. It is equipped with 5 standard interfaces including feeding port, discharging port and temperature measuring port, matching KF25 quick-fit joints. The wall thickness of the reactor body is 3mm, and the shell is sprayed with anti-corrosion paint to extend the service life. It meets CE safety certification standards and can be connected to external condensing units or vacuum systems as needed.

It is suitable for basic synthesis experiments in chemistry and chemical engineering colleges and universities, small-batch intermediate preparation in fine chemical enterprises, nano material preparation in material science fields, and sample preparation in pharmaceutical R&D. Typical application scenarios include esterification reaction, polymerization reaction, extraction separation and other conventional chemical experiments.
