This reactor features a built-in high-shear emulsification head with adjustable speed up to 3000rpm, which can effectively disperse and emulsify oil and water phases to produce stable creams and lotions. The magnetic sealing system achieves zero leakage, avoiding contamination of raw materials during production. The electric heating and coil cooling system enables precise temperature control within the range of -10℃ to 200℃, meeting the process requirements of different cosmetic formulations.
Key technical parameters include a volumetric range of 200L to 1000L, design pressure of 0.1-0.8 MPa, and design temperature of -10℃ to 200℃. The stirring power ranges from 1.5kW to 7.5kW, with the emulsification head speed adjustable from 0 to 3000rpm. The reactor has a wall thickness of 5mm, overall dimensions of 2000mm×1500mm×2800mm, and a net weight of approximately 2200kg. It is equipped with a manhole, sight glass, pressure gauge and a dedicated emulsification control panel.
This reactor is mainly used for the production of cosmetic creams, skin care lotions, shampoos, shower gels and other daily chemical products. It is suitable for small and medium-sized cosmetic factories, OEM processing plants and R&D centers of cosmetics brands, supporting processes such as emulsification, mixing, homogenization and batching of daily chemical raw materials.
