Compared with traditional sealed reactors, this magnetic drive seal has no dynamic sealing points, further reducing the risk of leakage and improving the safety of hazardous reaction production.

With a total volume of 1000 liters, this reactor features a design pressure range of 0.3 to 1.2 MPa and a design temperature range of -20℃ to 200℃. It has a stirring power ranging from 3 to 11 kW, adopts thermal oil heating and coil cooling, and has an inner wall roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8μm. It is equipped with magnetic drive seal, a complete stirring device with reducer, an explosion-proof PLC control cabinet and an explosion-proof electrical system. Standard accessories include manhole, sight glass, pressure gauge, safety valve, feed port and discharge port. The overall dimensions are approximately 4000mm (length) × 2500mm (width) × 4500mm (height), with a net weight of about 5800 kg. Custom modifications such as vacuum system and online monitoring system are available on demand.
This reactor is mainly suitable for hazardous reaction production in pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries, such as oxidation, reduction and polymerization of flammable and explosive raw materials. It is ideal for small and medium-sized batch production of pharmaceutical intermediates, and meets the strict safety and hygiene requirements of pharmaceutical production. It can be customized according to user's specific process requirements, such as adding specific feeding devices or online monitoring systems.
