It is equipped with a dedicated cleaning system to meet the strict hygiene requirements of food and pharmaceutical industries.

With a total volume of 5000 liters, this reactor features a design pressure range of 0.5 to 1.6 MPa and a design temperature range of -10℃ to 250℃. It has a stirring power ranging from 7.5 to 15 kW, adopts steam heating and jacket cooling, and has an inner wall roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4μm. It is equipped with double-end mechanical seals, a complete stirring device with reducer, a DCS centralized control cabinet and a dedicated cleaning system. Standard accessories include manhole, sight glass, pressure gauge, safety valve, feed port and discharge port. The overall dimensions are approximately 8000mm (length) × 5000mm (width) × 7000mm (height), with a net weight of about 18,000 kg. Custom modifications such as vacuum system and online material monitoring system are available on demand.
This reactor is mainly suitable for large-scale batch production in food and beverage, daily chemical and pharmaceutical industries. It can be used for syrup preparation, fermentation and ingredient mixing in food and beverage industry, emulsification and preparation of daily chemical products in daily chemical industry, and preparation of pharmaceutical intermediates in pharmaceutical industry. It is ideal for large-scale stable production, and can meet the high hygiene requirements of food and cosmetic production. It can be customized according to user's specific process requirements, such as adding specific feeding devices or cooling systems.
