With a total volume of 500 liters, this reactor features a design pressure range of 0.3 to 1.0 MPa and a design temperature range of -20℃ to 220℃. It has a stirring power ranging from 1.5 to 5.5 kW, adopts electric heating and jacket + coil cooling, and has an inner wall roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8μm. It is equipped with dual mechanical seals, a complete stirring device with reducer, a PLC control cabinet and a complete sealing system. Standard accessories include manhole, sight glass, pressure gauge, safety valve and feed port. The overall dimensions are approximately 3000mm (length) × 2000mm (width) × 3500mm (height), with a net weight of about 2800 kg. Custom modifications such as vacuum system and explosion-proof configuration are available on demand.
This reactor is mainly suitable for small to medium-sized batch production in general chemical, pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries. It can be used for synthesis and polymerization reactions in chemical industry, preparation of pharmaceutical intermediates in pharmaceutical industry, and syrup preparation and ingredient mixing in food and beverage industry. It is ideal for stable batch production with medium production scale, and can meet the production needs of multiple industries. It can be customized according to user's specific process requirements, such as adding specific feeding devices or online monitoring systems.
