The biggest advantage of this reactor is its parallel multi-station design, which can complete 6 groups of comparative reactions at the same time, greatly shortening the experimental cycle and improving research efficiency. Each station supports independent adjustment of temperature and stirring speed, adapting to different experimental conditions and meeting the needs of diversified experimental designs. The optional stirring mode allows users to choose according to the characteristics of the reaction materials, whether it is a low-viscosity solution or a high-viscosity slurry. The centralized touch screen control system simplifies the operation steps and realizes real-time monitoring of multi-station parameters.

The reactor has 6 independent reaction stations, each with a rated volume of 0.2 liters. The operating temperature range of each station is from room temperature to 200°C, and the stirring speed ranges from 0 to 1000 rpm (mechanical stirring) or 0 to 1500 rpm (magnetic stirring). Each station is equipped with an independent jacket for temperature control, and the integrated circulation system ensures uniform temperature distribution of each station. The inner tank of each station is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm, and each station is equipped with 2 standard G1/4 interfaces. The overall dimensions are 700*600*800 mm, powered by AC220V 50/60Hz.

This reactor is mainly used for high-throughput drug screening, parallel organic synthesis, material performance comparison experiments and multi-group reaction optimization. Typical application scenarios include rapid screening of pharmaceutical intermediates, optimization of reaction conditions for multiple groups of synthesis experiments, and comparative testing of material performance, providing a high-efficiency experimental platform for high-throughput research projects.
