The core advantage of this reactor is its mechanical stirring system with anchor impeller, which can provide uniform and efficient stirring for high-viscosity reaction materials, making up for the defects of magnetic stirring in high-viscosity scenarios. The jacketed circulation system supports precise temperature control within a wide range, meeting the needs of most medium-temperature synthesis experiments. The manual lifting design allows users to quickly separate the stirring device from the reaction kettle, facilitating cleaning and replacement of the inner tank. The touch screen control system supports multi-parameter real-time monitoring and data recording, improving the reliability of experimental data.

The reactor has a rated volume of 5 liters, with a maximum working pressure of 10 bar and an operating temperature range from -20°C to 250°C. The mechanical stirring speed ranges from 0 to 1200 rpm, and the manual lifting stroke is 120 mm. The inner tank is made of 316L stainless steel with a thickness of 3 mm, equipped with 4 international standard interfaces (G1/4, G1/2, G3/8 and sampling port). The overall dimensions are 550*480*750 mm, powered by AC220V 50/60Hz, and it meets CE safety certification standards.

This reactor is suitable for medium-volume organic synthesis, pharmaceutical intermediate preparation, polymer material processing and high-viscosity material reaction experiments.
